Ben was a Founding Partner at Harpoon Ventures. He most recently served at Deloitte Consulting’s Silicon Valley initiative, where he spearheaded Deloitte’s first defense network in Silicon Valley. Ben served 8-years as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army. Ben holds a Masters in International Economics from The Johns Hopkins University, and a BS from United States Military Academy.

Ryan served as Vice President and Head of Strategy and Business Development for the Brand Development Group at Universal Pictures. Ryan served 5- years as an officer in both the Infantry and Military Intelligence branches. Ryan holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from the Wharton School and a BS in Physics from the United States Military Academy.

Andrew was the Chief Revenue Officer at The Dcode Group where he led technology scouting, sales, and all investments for the company. As a political appointee under President Obama, he built the Presidential Innovation Fellows Program and the GSA’s Technology Transformation Service. Andrew holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago and BA from Boston College.
